Our business and project management professionals collaborate with internal and external agencies, municipalities, and consultants to deliver products and services within an established project’s scope, budget and time frame.
The Business staff develops configurations, solicits competitive quotes, purchases, receives, delivers and pays for hardware, software and peripherals. We process contracts for various county agency requests, including consultants, equipment maintenance and software licensing. We process repair and warranty requests through Customer Service and maintain inventory for County data equipment.
